Shopify Data: When you install our app, we access store data via Shopify APIs, strictly limited to what is necessary: shop domain, contact email, and product information/images.
Usage & Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics to track and analyze how users interact with our app. This helps us improve our user experience. This data is anonymized and includes metrics like session duration, clicked buttons, and feature usage.

3. How We Use Data & AI Processing

We use your data strictly to generate AI product photos, synchronize your brand aesthetic, and manage your subscription.

Third-Party AI: Your product images and prompts are processed using secure, industry-leading third-party AI service providers.
No Public Training: We do not use your product images, brand assets, or store data to train public AI models. Your data remains yours.

4. Quality Assurance & Content Review

We review generated content and input files exclusively for quality control (QA), abuse prevention, and support ticket resolution. This review is conducted by authorized ikig.ai studio staff only and is never used for advertising, model training, or shared with third parties.

5. AI Disclaimer (Generated Content)

Due to the nature of generative Artificial Intelligence, all visual content is generated automatically. We provide these images "as is." It is the merchant's sole responsibility to review, approve, and verify all generated images before publishing them to their live storefront to ensure they meet their brand standards, product integrity, and Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Data Retention and Security

Images and assets are stored in secure cloud environments. We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information from unauthorized access.

7. GDPR and Data Deletion

We strictly comply with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).

When you uninstall the app, your data is automatically flagged for deletion in accordance with Shopify's data retention policies.
